AfriForum’s Cape Town North branch arranges urgent meeting regarding water crisis

The Cape Town North branch of the civil rights organisation AfriForum on 13 February 2018 held an urgent meeting regarding the water crisis in the city.

The purpose of this meeting was to inform the community about the action already undertaken by AfriForum to alleviate the effect of the water crisis, as well as to inform residents of the plans AfriForum will execute should Day Zero become a reality.

“During the meeting the branch also received inputs from the community and listened to the needs of community members,” says Deon de Jager, AfriForum’s District Coordinator for the Western Cape.
