Who and what is AfriForum?

AfriForum is an Afrikaans civil rights organisation that protects the rights of minority groups at national as well as provincial level, and anyone who can identify with AfriForum’s principles and objectives may join the organisation. AfriForum’s community plan focuses on mobilising communities to thus take control of their own streets and neighbourhoods again. AfriForum ensures that your constitutional and civil rights are recognised and protected at national level.

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) and the Hawks have already established units to prosecute people for political crimes that were committed before 1994 and for which they did not receive amnesty. Prosecutions that have since been instituted show that the NPA under the ANC government only focuses in a one-sided manner on members of the former security and politicians, while the ANC leaders who gave orders for acts of terror seem to go scot-free.

AfriForum is of the opinion that the book of the past should be left closed. The ANC is continuing with prosecutions, however. Therefore, also ANC leaders who made themselves guilty of gross human rights violations by ordering bomb, hand grenade and landmine attacks must be prosecuted. AfriForum will see to it that equality before the law is upheld. For this reason, we will begin with steps to have these ANC leaders prosecuted privately by Adv. Gerrie Nel and his team at AfriForum’s Private Prosecution Unit if the NPA institutes the prosecution of members of the former security forces in a one-sided manner.

EIGHT LEVELS OF CONTROL – ANC VIDEO:

There is a theory that, in order to change a democratic country into a socialist or communist state, the government has to establish control over eight critical levels:

Healthcare – control healthcare and you control the people.
Poverty – increase the poverty level as high as possible; poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
Debt – increase debt to an unsustainable level; this will enable you to increase taxes, which will produce more poverty.
Firearm control – remove people’s ability to defend themselves from government, and you are able to create a police state.
Welfare – take control of every aspect of their lives, including food, housing and income.
Education – take control of what people read and listen to, and what children learn in school.
Religion – remove the belief in the God from the government and schools.
Class warfare – divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more disconnectedness and it will be easier to tax the wealthy with the support of the poor.

This theory has gained new popularity in recent months because many citizens are recognising their own government’s actions that seem to correlate with these eight levels. Although the origin of the theory is uncertain, it certainly seems that South Africa’s ANC-led government is using the theory as a playbook.
