AfriForum is pressuring the Department of Transport to discharge its duties for proper service delivery to the public. AfriForum also lodged a complaint with the Public Protector. It also recorded a video at the Waltloo licencing offices, in which the corruption is exposed, as well as the dysfunctionality of the NaTIS system. This video now serves as the necessary proof to support the formal complaint.
